Lyndsi LaRose is an actress, writer, improvisor and producer. Recently, she starred in Bury the Bride (Tubi Original), Bridge & Tunnel (Epix), AJ & The Queen (Netflix), and also wrote and produced the award-winning horror comedy short, Last Chance (Amazon). Lyndsi is a member of the Sunday Company at The Groundlings where she will have weekly sketch comedy shows starting May 2024.
Lyndsi is known for her roles in Ant-Man, Insurgent and Bury the Bride. She previously starred in Comedy Central’s Workaholics, VH1's Barely Famous, and the FX sitcom Saint George starring George Lopez.
Lyndsi also produces content with Evolution LA and has worked on EPKs for major films such as John Wick: Chapter 4, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, Spies in Disguise, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, and Avatar: The Way of Water.
Lyndsi received her Bachelor of Arts in Theater from the UCLA School of Theater, Film, and Television. She is a graduate of The Groundlings and Upright Citizens Brigade and performs improv and sketch comedy regularly in Los Angeles.
Lyndsi proudly serves as a volunteer to mentor local public school students with Young Storytellers, an organization based in Los Angeles helping young people discover the power of their voice.
