
Lyndsi LaRose is a Los Angeles–based actress, writer, improviser, and producer. She most recently spent over a year and a half writing and performing original sketch comedy weekly with
The Groundlings Sunday Company.

Lyndsi also wrote, produced, and starred in the award-winning horror comedy short, Last Chance (now available to stream on Amazon). She also wrote, starred in and produced the short film Liz Lays an Egg which is currently being developed into a new musical.
​
Her professional stage credits include leading roles in The Play That Goes Wrong (opening in March 2026), Leading Ladies, A Death-Defying Escape, Elektra, Macbeth, and LA Deli.
Film credits include Ant-Man, Insurgent, Bury the Bride, and Little Bites.

TV credits include Bridge & Tunnel, AJ & The Queen, Barely Famous, and Workaholics.
​
Lyndsi also produces digital and branded content with Evolution LA and has worked on EPKs and promotional materials for major studio films including John Wick: Chapter 4, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, and Avatar: The Way of Water.
​
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theater from UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television and is a graduate of The Groundlings and Upright Citizens Brigade. Lyndsi performs improv and sketch comedy regularly throughout Los Angeles and proudly serves as a volunteer mentor with Young Storytellers, supporting local public school students in discovering the power of their voice.
