
Lyndsi LaRose is an actress, writer, improvisor, and producer. Recently, she was featured in Bridge & Tunnel (Epix), AJ & The Queen (Netflix), and also directed a new comedy digital series, Therapy with Pami.
Lyndsi is known for her roles in Ant-Man, Insurgent and Sleight. She has previously starred in Comedy Central’s Workaholics, VH1's Barely Famous, and the FX sitcom Saint George starring George Lopez.
In 2019, she worked as an Associate Producer on the new season of the show Brain Games hosted by Keegan Michael Key on Disney+.
In 2016, Lyndsi wrote and produced two shows exclusively for Facebook, ShowOff Live and Cousin Sal's Sure Thing with Sal Iacono and Jimmy Kimmel.
Lyndsi received her Bachelor of Arts in Theater at the UCLA School of Theater, Film, and Television. She is a graduate of The Groundlings and Upright Citizens Brigade and performs improv and sketch comedy in Los Angeles.
Lyndsi proudly serves as a volunteer to mentor local public school students with Young Storytellers, an LA-based organization helping young people discover the power of their voice.
