LYNDSI LAROSE is a Los Angeles–based actress, writer, improviser, and producer.

 

This summer, she returns to the stage as Queen Marie Antoinette in The Revolutionists at the International City Theatre in Long Beach, CA. The show will run throughout June 2026.

​​Lyndsi's recent stage credits include Sandra in The Play That Goes Wrong (5 Star Theatricals), Audrey in Leading Ladies (International City Theatre), LA Deli (Lee Strasberg Institute), Judy Carter's A Death-Defying Escape (Hudson Theatre), and Elektra in Elektra (UCLA Freud Playhouse). She had the honor of spending 18 months writing and performing new weekly sketch comedy with The Sunday Company at The Groundlings from Spring 2024 to Winter 2025.

 

On screen, she has appeared in Ant-Man, Insurgent, Little Bites, AJ and the Queen, and Workaholics. Lyndsi also wrote, produced, and starred in the award-winning horror-comedy short Last Chance (now available to stream on Amazon). She also wrote, produced, and starred in the short film Liz Lays an Egg, which had its world premiere at the Oscar-qualifying LA Shorts International Film Festival in 2025.

 

She holds a B.A. in Theater from the UCLA School of Theater,Film and Television and is a graduate of The Groundlings and Upright Citizens Brigade. Lyndsi performs improv and sketch comedy regularly throughout Los Angeles and proudly serves as a volunteer mentor and performer with Young Storytellers, supporting local public school students in discovering the power of their voices.
