Lyndsi LaRose is a Los Angeles–based writer, producer, and actress with a passion for bold storytelling, compelling characters, and bringing creative visions to life.
With over a decade of experience in entertainment, Lyndsi has worked across film, television, digital media, and live production, collaborating on projects for Disney, Marvel, NBC, and more. Her credits include Associate Producer on Brain Games (Disney+), and producer on EPKs for major studio films including John Wick: Chapter 4, Avatar: The Way of Water, and Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. Most recently, Lyndsi is working as an assistant producer on Keke Palmer's podcast, Baby, This Is Keke Palmer.
As a filmmaker, Lyndsi has written, produced, and starred in two award-winning short films, Last Chance and Liz Lays an Egg, demonstrating her passion for original storytelling and bringing projects from concept to screen.
As an actress, Lyndsi's 2026 regional theater credits include Queen Marie Antoinette in The Revolutionists (International City Theatre) and Sandra in The Play That Goes Wrong (5 Star Theatricals). On screen, she has appeared in Ant-Man, Insurgent, Little Bites, AJ and the Queen, and Workaholics.
Lyndsi also spent 18 months (Spring 2024 to Winter 2025) writing and performing with The Groundlings Sunday Company, sharpening her distinctive comedic voice and passion for character-driven storytelling.
She holds a B.A. in Theater from the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television and is a graduate of The Groundlings and Upright Citizens Brigade. Lyndsi performs improv and sketch comedy regularly throughout Los Angeles and proudly serves as a volunteer mentor and performer with Young Storytellers, supporting local public school students in discovering the power of their voices.
